Vertical kiln is a solution with a lower investment. The capacity of a vertical kiln can be 50-400 tons per day. Both coal and gas can be used as the fuel.

Heat in a vertical kiln is made full use of thanks to the design. Heat from the cooling zone goes up to the calcining zone and then to the preheating zone, so energy is saved to the maximum.
