Hydrated Lime Production Line
Home / Hydrated Lime Production Line
A calcium hydroxide production line is a highly automated and integrated system designed to transform quicklime into hydrated lime through a controlled chemical reaction with water. This process is known as hydration or slaking.
Technical Process
Quick lime is transported by belt conveyor from the silo into the bucket elevator, then to primary hydration machine by weight conveyor, then gets into the second and third hydration machine in turn. Quality slaked lime will be sent into the silo for packaging, and bigger sizes will be milled by a Raymond mill.
Packaging and Environmental Protection
Slaked lime can be packed into tank truck or bags. The pollution of whole project is solved by pulse jet dust collector. Collecting efficiency is 99.5%, which meets environmental protection and noise requirements.
